went online and viewed the Fender amp video. Gave them all my info, and was told to wait patiently for my t-shirt. Well I finally contacted them to see what happened and got the following:

We appreciate your feedback on your experience with our website. Unfortunately this is no longer being offered by Fender. You would have just needed to call in, during the time the promotion was being offered to request a t-shirt. The shirts were actually sent directly from Fender at the time. You can try contacting them directly at (480) 596-7195 about this. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thanks!

I'm bummed. Why didn't you tell me that at the time I ordered?

Have you tried calling the number yet? Perhaps its not their fault, and believe me, I hate MF with a passion, but I wouldn't get all bummed yet if you have not tried to actually call the number and see what they tell you at that number...

That's a bummer -- I must admit that I'm not up on the specifics of the variant of the program that was offered through MF ... but if you want to e-mail me directly at ForumAdmin AT fender.com I can try to more directly investigate for you.

I got my shirt from going to GC and mailing in the coupon. My son viewed the video online, got the promo code and called MF, he never got his shirt.
