I sometimes think you should open a resteraunt/paid dinner party affair like the one in new york I saw Jamie Oliver touting on tv. A bunch of flyers get posted about the dinner party, the guests pay a voluntary (unspoken, though required) contribution at a set amount. You'd make a mint mate.
