Where can i find backing tracks that aren't actual songs, but just a drum beat or something?

it would be good to use with writing.

i make my own using fl studio.

excellent program. you can convert your projects to mp3, wav, etc.
i put the mp3's on my player and plug it into my mixer that runs through the effects loop on my amp. i play along with my virtual bass player and drummer for hours. sometimes the rhythm guitar player and keyboardist show up too... practice, practice, practice...
