Anybody tried Steve Vai's 30 hour workout? It's on Ultimate Guitar Legends magazine or something. It was broken down into a couple of scales and chords. Not much. Seems more like Paul Gilbert stuff. Pick all notes up stroke kind of stuff.

From what I see on Google it's basic stuff we should all know about and be doing.

I'm having more fun with Lead Guitar Boot Camp by Guitar mag Andy Aldort. Again basic stuff we should all be doing. ( Go up the string 1,3,4 and down 1,2,4.) I'm amazed how bad I play and how easily I get tired.

I won't get into the falling asleep part.

Are there online links? I am always looking for new routines and exercises to improve myself.

There is a download site on Google but be careful you could download a virus like I did last week from another sites pop up.
