I just found this site, soundbites of the new Skynrd album. Sounds pretty good to me, thought I'd post it here for all you LS fans.

Hey snowy,

After the loss of some band members, I think that LS lost his originality and his sound. But its just my opinion

Hey Ali,

I agree with your opinion, but in fairness I'm not comparing the old band with this one. For me, the old band members will never be replaced. I do like this new album though, well the three tracks availabe anyway. Judge them on their sound, and for who they are.

Nice one Snowman, I've always been a Skynyrd fan, always liked the idea of having all those guitars in the same band. 8)

I can't get the link to work either but i did catch a small preview of the album on a commercial the other night on tv during Raw. They soung really good kinda of like a rocked up Van Zandt album which would make since. The brothers are doing the country thing and keeping the southern rock thing alive too. When is the release date on it?

Ha - link works for me. Hey, I like that sound! Putting aside who is or is not playing on it - it's tasty!

Thanks Snowy - C
