I think the picture of the one pick up 51 is one that someone modded. In fact I've seen quite a few that were like that.

So I'm going to try to figure out if there's an e-mail address I can send to some of the higher ups at Fender and see if something can't be done.....it would be a great addition to the economy, as the guitar is easy to buy,...I'm really anxious to get them because I too plan on modding mine.....figure I'd get like two of them....one with some Seymour Duncan's in e'm and the other one all "EMG'ed out.....throw either one of those in front of my fuzz / wah / overdrive / phaser pedal lineup......push it through my Crate tube combo and I'm in Tone Heaven!
