Ok, so I'm rooting for the Packers tonight. I like Aaron Rodgers. He's been a class act ever since all the Favre drama began. I'd like to see him pull this one out tonight.

WHAT A GAME! The mighty Favre shows his old team he still has the magic in a really good game. Rodgers who I agree has been nothing but class makes it interesting at the end even though it looked like he was playing without an offensive line as the poor guy was getting killed. Cant wait for the rematch on the frozen tundra.

So I guess Rush Limbaugh is still interested in being part owner of the Rams. I swear if that actually happens, I'm gonna become a Steelers fan real fast. I've been a Rams fan for 35-years or so.. But that would do it for me. The day I hear an announcement of that jackass owning part of the Rams, I'm going out and buying a terrible towel.

So you would rather have Al Davis then? Or maybe the Williams sisters?

Naw.. I'd rather stick with an organization that typically makes good decisions.

You know, when I was a kid I wanted to get a Lynn Swan Jersey, but my parents just said " but aren't you a Rams fan?" It was always something that just stuck with me from the time they bought me a Rams uniform when I was 3, and that image is always stuck in their heads, and they have pictures of it.

But I used to love watching Terry Bradshaw, Lynn Swan, Franco Harris, Mean Joe Green etc.. The 70's Steelers were killer to watch. The Rams sucked for so many years, I would always find myself more interested in the Steelers anyway. If you've ever heard the history of Art Rooney and some of his stories, he was the man!! Art Rooney II and Dan still own the Team. The team still has that air about them. Bill Cower still had a great tenure with the team even though he never really had a great QB to work with.

I know how it looks to people when you switch teams. People always say you're a band-wagoner or a traitor, and give you hell. But in my 35-years of being a Rams fan which was a little force-fed, they only had maybe 5 good seasons, and the rest of the time I found myself rooting for the Steelers until the Rams pull their head out of their arses and become watchable.

It's bad enough that the Rams habitually suck (and have for many years), but if they bring on that nut-job as an owner and turn it into a circus act as well, like I said, that will be one Terrible Towel sold that day.

.

But you do not know what kind of owner he would be, just because you think he's a political nut does not make him a bad owner. My guess is he knows sports and business very well. Were talking 950 million! And face it the good owners sit back and let there people run the show. The ones that are sticking there ideas in the team decision suck. Cowboys, Skins, Raiders never make the final cut.
