I really cant wait. The pats D is playing well and about to go against the best offense in the NFL. Should be a good game.

The Vikings look like they are headed for the Super Bowl. I am serious this is just like when Elway won his two SB he did not have to be the best player on the field and this is almost a carbon copy team. Hall of Fame QB Favre- Elway Best Back in the league Peterson -Davis and outstanding defenses. I am riding this pony to the finish line.

The Colts have to be the softest 10-0 team I think I ever saw. They pulled a Houdini 4 times already this year, especialy the last two wins if big bad Bill did not go from genius to a high school coach and pull the biggest blunder of his career they lose that game. And if Flaco did not turn into Mr Magoo and throw the ball into triple coverage on the 15 yard line they would be riding a two game losing streak.

Talk about shockers just when I think one of my old favorite teams the Bengals are back in the big leagues they blow a game to one of the worst teams in the league the Raiders. Boggles the mind a team can sweep two of the fiercest teams the Steelers and Ravens and blow a gimme. Also Pitt getting shocked by the Chiefs of all teams = a lot of guys lost there shirts as all those teases went down the drain.

The Giants my home town team almost blew a laugher and the Jets are still the Jets. Just painful.

straycat,

I agree about your taking on the Colts. While I don't think they're a great team, they are pretty good. I don't think they'll get past the Patriots twice though.

I feel the same way about the Saints. If they don't get taken down during the regular season, someone will get them in the playoffs.

I'm thinking Vikings and Patriots in the SB with the Patriots coming out on top once again.

I think the Saints are the best team.

The Viking have had a cake walk so far with 9 wins 2 against the Lions 1 against the Brown's the Ram's and Seahawks. None have winning records and and average team at best would have one those 6 games. They lost to the Steeler's a squeaked one on the Raven's at home by 2 points in final 2 minutes. The Vikings have benefited by who they played.

While the Saints have scored 100 more points than the Colts (369 vs 269) the points scored against tells about their defense :

Colts - 157 - PA
Saints - 204 - PA

Of course we all know that turnovers, injuries, weather conditions and luck can play a HUGE part in the final outcome on any given day.

If any team can figure out how to cover Wes Welker, the Pats might not be such a threat. :?:

A total of 6 points difference in the Colts last 3 wins and they were against tough teams. And the saints have beat some tough teams as well Bengals, Texans. Eagles, Falcon's, Jaguars

I totally agree Mike. Wes is one of the toughest guys pound for pound in the nfl. He has become one of my favorite players.

I hope the Eagles take the NFC East. Anyone but the Cowboys.

On behalf of the State of Michigan, I wish to apologize to the rest of the country for making you watch the Detroit Lions on yet another Thanksgiving.

Sorry about that...

Yes, not the Cowboys. Who says they're America's team?
