Patriots 1-1

I started following the Patriots last year after we started to get live NFL in Australia.

I know the basics of the game, but it's still great to watch. I love it when the Referee throws his little yellow hanky

I've gotta say, the pregame entertainment and hype is impressive. We don't go that far in our Football Grand Final.....Bruce Springsteen at half time, awesome.....

I know the skins offense has got to start pulling together. I was on the edge of my seat on Sunday.

jgauker my deepest sympathies for you guys having to have Mangenius coaching your team. You cant believe how refreshing it is to not watch your team go into a prevent defense that only prevents you from winning. Wait until you guys are in a close one then have the other team march right down the field. So as far as the blame game in N.Y THE JETS who finaly have a coach who knows defense are 2-0 Favre who was playing the last third of the season with a tear in his arm is 2-0 and Mangenius is 0-2 . I wish you guys the best though as you have some of the best fans in the whole NFL.

Niners are better off without Crabtree and next year he will make even less thanks to an idiot agent. 3 rd pick at best people will shy away from him and who knows what receivers will come out in the draft.

Wilburcook It is going to be crazy when you guys play GB. i AM PRAYING THAT THEY ARE TELEVISED here in NY. I cant tell you how fun Brett made it for two thirds a season here. He is my alltime favorite player and I know you hated his guts so many years but you have to admit it feels good having him and he makes you guys a legit Super Bowl threat.

Dude.. The Rams have scored 1 touchdown in 2-games. I don't even watch the games. I want to watch GOOD football. Sad part is, the only game I get to go to this year is the Rams/Cardinals game in Dec. If the Cards are in the playoff hunt, it's gonna be a masacre.

My Patriots are 1-1 right now and it doesn't look like it's going to get any better with Atlanta and Baltimore coming up. The offense right now is very iffy and our defense is in need of a lot of work, having lost a lot of key players due to free agency, trades, and retirement. If we make the playoffs, we'll be lucky!

I am a Patriots fan as well. I agree about the playoffs sadly. I think we can beat Atlanta this week if we play our cards right. That would be good because it might give my fantasy football team a 2-1 record (I have Brady, Moss, Welker (bench for now) and Watson). 8)

Aw man.. Why is it whenever there's a highly anticipated game, the teams have to wear the throw-back stuff? I'm watching the Jets/Titans game and it looks like I'm watching the Steelers play the Oilers. The throw-back thing bugs me. It just looks odd.

The refs look like they should be selling ice-cream from a cart on a street corner.

Ever since Monday Night Football went to ESPN, the games are almost always weak. The Sunday Night game is "the" game now.

We're gonna have a lot of weeks like this, except when the surprise team happens to have a game on Monday night.
