It is none of my business, but ... buying homes with a girlfriend can often be a precarious legal/financial problem later on if things don't work out. Just be aware of the lessons from those who have gone before you...

Also ... congratulations!

Congrats on the house. Pics of the guitar room after it's full would be good.

Congrats on the new house and the added touch of music should add to making it a happy one.

Yeah let's see some pics of your axe room!

And congrats on your recent purchase. 8)

My family and I just bought a house we looked at about three years ago but somebody got to it before we did. But that wife turned sick and the couple had to move out. Fortunately this time we got it. The whole upstairs is nothing but a HUGE bedroom with a large stone hearth/stone wall fireplace at one end. I'm not fortunate enough to have a guitar room but I do have a large corner for mine and my son's amps and guitars. (The other large corner is for my archery equipment).

My wife and I just moved into our first house as well. And the best news......I have a play room! 4 guitars hanging on the walls, my two amps on the floor (i play using a loop pedal, and its sounds better with two amps so the signals aren't fighting each other), a flat screen hooked up to a PS3 and PS2 and digital cable, and about 9 long boxes full of comics (yeah, i'm a big dork). Almost 29 years old, but i'm still a child and I have more fun then anyone I know. Congrats on the new place and enjoy it. Word of advise though........if you upgrade anything, do it right, that way you don't have to fix it in a few years and it becomes equity. Equity is awesome for when you sell your house (it pays for more Fenders or a larger house for holding more Fenders)
