FENDER PLEASE REISSUE THE LEAD II GUITAR


2009 is 30Th Anniversary of the Lead Series 1979. I have a black with maple neck Lead II guitar since 1982. I love this guitar so much, it sounds so great when playing rhythm-clean with any Fender amp especially tube amps. Other brand amps make it sound a bit lifeless & cheap in comparison.

I uploaded some songs on youtube of me playing this guitar through a late 70's Super Reverb. Check these links so you can hear it for yourself and believe. Pay attention to the guitar tone or sound, not the amateur singing & playing please, spare the criticism. Computer speakers will not reproduce the bass or lows adecuately. You'll need to hear the clips through your stereo speaker system or car speakers to get the full sound if you get to copy them to mp3 format.
