Great book and you can buy the Backing Track CD from the BYCU website. I have worked through the BYCU and I am planning to work through it a second time, but in the mean time I have ordered Blues Rhythms You Can Use just for the change up between rhythm and lead playing. I also have Blues Licks You Can Use but have not looked at the content yet, some of the theory is beyond me so I might just transcribe licks here and there for now.
