There's been times that I've been tempted at buying a Supter-Sonic amp. Since you already have one........what is your opinion of it? Would you recommend one?
I have other guitars & amps but these are the Fenders.

Jazzmaster neck,Strat body, cool. How did that come about? Did it take a lot of carpentry to center the neck ? Welcome to the forum.

Hello Cousingrandpa,

Firstly, welcome to this forum.

Nice guitars, I like green ones myself.
Tell us please what is going on with the Beck model?

Cheers.

Actually I just got the Super-Sonic today. I have played them a lot lately in the local GC & they fit what I need perfectly, great heavy metal tones with sweet SRVish blues tones.

I got the idea from Cheech & Chong's Next Movie, check out the tele Chong is playing in the movie. I first used model transfer tape for doing the trim on model cars but it would only last a couple of days worth of playing, then I used aluminum duct tape & it has lasted many years now. With the strap I have for it I call it my Harley strat.

The Jazzmaster neck is the same scale length as a strat & is a direct bolt on, basically the same neck.
I got the neck in trade for a basket case 60s Melody Maker SG that I rebuilt, I only had about $100 into the SG when I finished it. Here are a couple of pics from start to finish of rebuilding it.
