So, the owners of a digital agency in Chicago who does some work for us are both guitar collectors. They used to have regular guitar exchanges, where each would bring something from his collection and they'd swap, until next time they saw each other. They've been promising to include me in this for ages, and today they finally brought my new friend, a Gretsch 6120DS.

I can use it as long as I want, and didn't even have to swap with one of my own (since I only have two I can't really spare any). All I have to do is play it and love it. Which I already do - ah the Bigsby on an Em chord with a bit of tremolo effect, my heart almost stopped!

Are those George Harrison riffs I hear in the background? Enjoy your new house guest.

Sweet, that's on my list of dream guitars. I think I would spend all day at work thinking of what songs to play on it when I got home! Enjoy. :D
