I'm a disgruntled government worker. I won't say for who or why but the economy should be an indicator of how well our elected officials are representing.

Still, I'm lucky to have a job and that could change at any minute. I consider myself at the brink of poverty for various reasons and constantly ponder the thought of being jobless and possibly homeless at my supervisors whim. Of course I also think of other options that I can't type here but I'm sure someone will read about it in the local paper if it should ever come to that. :)

I'm the alpha and omega, a grim reaper so to speak, for those who debunk the efficacy of fluoridated drinking water.:P

Until a couple of months ago I worked in the oilfield service industry (wireline) as a Field Specialist (Shooter for the old oil patch guys)mostly doing completions on natural gas wells in North-Central Texas...then I got laidoff and decided to use up my remaining GI Bill benefits. So back to school for me. I have an AAS in Electronics Engineering, but now I am working on getting my BS in Mechanical Engineering.

I work for this large company for over ten years now, and I love what I'm doing. http://www.metro.net/index.asp . I'm not going into specifics of what I do there, but lets just say I work in an office working on and with computer systems of all kinds, from SunOS, Linux, Windows and Mac (OS X) operating systems.

I'm a public school teacher: tenth and eleventh grade high school English to be exact. And, yes, I love my job. It's really fantastic.

That is amazing. You should be very proud of your service and I thank you for all that you have done.

I am a pharmacist. I own my own pharmacy and it's really cutting in to my practice time...

I do some home/small business computer/network repairs and upgrades (sometimes downgrades - Vista to XP) during the day.
