Interesting collectible, but it boggles my mind why it exists.

I guess the idea was to connect two "All American" products: baseball and Fender Guitars. Maybe Fender should start selling apple pies, too! :)

It's a collector's item. A lot of people collect memorabilia and bling. I wonder if it's autographed by anyone special.

Have you never played your guitar with a Fender Baseball? A bit more difficult than a pick, but the effect is interesting!

Hello Ceallach,

I suppose they're looking for that

I'd like a Fender bicycle.

Cheers.

Hi Ceallach: you will often hear people describe their Telecaster as having a neck like a baseball bat. Now you know why.

Cheers - C

Hello everyone.

Lol @ the telecaster. I have that video though @_@ When I won a HM Strat off of ebay a couple years ago, they included that video(and a gigbag) in the auction.

There is a Fender baseball because Harley Davidson now makes more revenue from licensing their logo than they do building motorcycles.

Yep, same reason they have tables, chairs, hats and other clothing and bottle openers. People will buy it. I guess it helps fund all of their warranty work. :D
