How is the service from Stewarc Macdonald?

Excellent! So I've heard.

I've order from them several times, and will again.

Ridiculously good.

I needed some stuff in a hurry, so i ordered the express delivery. i placed my order on Thursday at around a half hour before they closed for business. I was thinking it would be awesome to get it on Monday or Tuesday, on my day off.

When I got home from work on Friday there was a door hanger, saying they had tried to deliver at 11:30. So about 18 or 19 hours for product to leave them and get to Canada.

Their non express usually takes a week to 10 days to get to me. That includes clearing customs, so that means they ship out of their warehouses fast.

I use them frequently.

I placed a complicated order late Friday afternoon. The gear arrived early Monday morning - and that's trans-Atlantic. Wow!

And I have never, not once, known them to be out of stock on an item.

I once wrote them an email to say that whoever is running their warehouse operation is doing an amazing job. They reacted with pleased surprised, like it hadn't occured to them it was anything special.

Very impressive.

Now if only they'd ship surface internationally it would be perfect. Bit silly paying for express airfreight for heavy non-urgent items. But still...
