You got that right!! :P He really was very understated. I think it was Brian who said that when they auditioned John to join Queen as their bassist, he said that John, "Never missed a beat.".

So true. 8)

Happy Birthday John. The first concert I ever saw Queen with Thin Lizzy opening Madison Square Garden 1976 yellow seats. I was and always will be a Queen Fanatic one of the greatest bands ever. And John could write-Your My Best Friend-Another one bites the Dust-I want to break Free he always contributed a good song in a George Harrison type way.
