I achieved a milestone this week, I turned 50. :D Actually, I share a birthday with Leo, August 10, fifty years apart. So what's an old man to do? Sit around in his rocking chair waiting for the AARP card to come in the mail? No! Borrow a friend's ranch, rent a stage and sound man, call all your friends and family, tell them to call their friends, and throw yourself a Party!! That's what I did a couple of Saturdays ago. No better way to celebrate than plugging in the Strat and playing live music with the band.

Here are some photos from the party (I'm the guy on the left).

Lots of food and drink (we cooked up a mess of ribs, mmm). Good time had by all. Can't wait fot the next 50

Happy 50th! I'll be there in 4 years and I may steal your idea for a rockin party. Looks like it was very fun, wish we all could have been there too.
