Prepare for attention!

I passed through high school relatively un-noticed... except those days that I had a Fender gig bag over my shoulder. Who doesn't love the guitar???

good question. we still are deciding but we will have them chosen over the weekend, but we're ending with freebird.

I can remember my first gig very well (over 35 years ago). I also remember getting real nerved up over wanting to an outstanding job. As it turned out with thousands of gigs under my belt I learned this if nothing else. If you go into a gig looking forward to having the time of your life rather than focusing on how good you want it to turn out, your performances will come off as outstanding. People really want to see a great band of people having huge fun so they can join in on that fun.
Best of luck to ya!
You are about to launch yourself into a part of life that can't be described in words. If you really love performing music you can do no wrong.

Thats great to hear. My band provides the p.a. and some of the entertainment at the annual Relay For Life fund-raiser every year here.
A 6 hour practice? ouch! Nice to know you can do it, though. Just remember that you rock when you go out to play. Then you will :D

another 5 hr practice last night. we recorded it because we have to try out for the talent show but we're going to lose anyway. if it was all musicians doing it we would win but there is a group of 15 girls doing a dance to soja boy in spandex. my point exactly
