It changes all the time but over the years Gimme Three Steps by Lynyrd Skynyrd has been fun everytime. It just rocks.

All the great blues songs, Hootchie Coochie, Mannish Boy, Red House,
Crossroads, Dust my Broom, to many to choose from.

It varies. Sometimes its "Dark-eyed Cajun Woman" by the Doobie Brothers, sometimes its 'Rock and Roll" by Led Zeppelin, sometimes it may be "Layla" by Derek & the Dominoes, or even "Flirtin' With Disaster" by Molly Hatchett.

This is almost impossible for me, but Little Wing (SRV's version) probably get's the most string time. Voodoo Child (83 Austin City Limits version) comes in second.

    Can't pick just one

I listen to echo's by Pink Floyd often.
But then I like all their songs, and then there is Zappa his disks also gets a lot of spin time, and SRV and the dead and CCR and and and and :)

    No such thing as one.
A couple that are up there would be:
Raised on Rock - Johnny Winter
One Way Out - Allman Brothers

    Scorching lead lines in both!
