Hey all, tomorrow I'll be heading back home to New York. I am in Rhode Island right now, at a friend's. I have spent the past three nights in Boston and Plymouth (or Plimoth).

I must confess, Boston is a beautiful city, and has a different flavor to it than New York. I heard about this cool thing that happened a while ago. I think it was something like Revolutionary Independence War, or something, the name escapes me. In Plymouth I saw a recreation of the Mayflower and an English village in 1627. Today I went about 20 miles out into Cape Cod bay and saw some whales! I also learned one important thing: no matter what, TAKE DRAMAMINE, you won't regret it!

Anyway, the people there are extremely friendly and the Subway is mrginally cleaner than New York's. I have something to think about during the final weeks of vacation.

By the way, you must see Boston Public Library. Words cannot describe the beatuy of it the first time you see it.

If you have the time, go out to PTown and climb the Pilgrim Memorial Tower. Sounds easier when you're at the bottom, but the views are nice.
Now have an appetite
So, as you head back to Boston stop in Orleans at the Lobster Claw - 42 Cranberry Hwy (rte 6a) and try some fried Lobster.
Probably isn't a better way to spend part of a day - on dry land :P
