These guys are getting a bit old to be taking chances...............even at the young age of 47 I am a bit more careful than I used to be.

O-o-o-ooooooh! And like the Titanic, the band played on - for a while...

Couple of years ago I saw Andy Summers take a leap off the drum riser. He got a look on his face that said; "Geez, I'd better not do that again!"

Check your birth certificates, guys, and look after those old bones...!

Cheers - C

I remember once speaking to a doctor who specialized in geriatrics. He made a 'blanket statement' about older people tend to fall a lot. I simply presumed he would know such thing and evidently, he is indeed, correct.

From what I've heard, Aerosmith has had several injury and health related issues recently.

You've always struck me as one of our more informed posters Mike, I hope these issues are not too serious. I'm not asking you to dilvulge your information, I'll be keeping my ears and eyes open on the band though. Long live Aerosmith 8)

Yes, they had to cancel part of their last tour.

Recently, Joe Perry had knee surgery, Steven Tyler had pneumonia and Brad Witford has actually been replaced (temporarily) while he recovers from some head surgery.

Not sure how true it is but I heard that Tom Hamilton, the bass player has cancer.

That's quite a fall! Hope he gets better soon.

Paul McCartney has a lift that brings his piano up onto center stage. A year or so ago he stepped backwards as the piano started coming up and fell into the pit onto the lift. By the time the lift had brought the piano all the way up Paul had stood up and walked over to the piano bench and sat down.
