Yes, that thought did briefly occur to me yesterday as well particularly since I saw plenty of available seating in the upper decks of the venue in particular ... Add it to the "we'll definitely have to do that in the future" list. :-)

Thanks for the well wishes, guys -- it went great and we had fun with it.

Honestly, though, the highlight of the day was not my no-doubt largely forgettable bass performance nor even our uber-witty song, but rather the Hall of Fame ceremony itself ... and in particular a heartfelt, emotion-filled speech delivered by legendary bassist Bob Babbitt as he inducted the late James Jamerson into the Hall of Fame. A quick wrap-up of the event is here and we'll be posting more photos and a synopsis over on the Hall of Fame website as well. I have quite a few non-official 'personal' photos that I shot that I'll share here as well!
