Saw Quinn Sullivan last night. Decent show, in a good venue in Markham, ON



Tom Hambridge and Marty Sammon Tommy McDonald were in the pocket. Sorry...no video from the show.

Would have liked more of a "Blues"show, and but the guitar playing (Stratocaster into Deluxe Reverb) was top notch.

Cool. Tom (Hambridge) is a friend of mine. I met him when he had his own band
called T.H. & The Wreckage. Great musician and really personable guy.

Yeah, Tom came out after the show and chatted with many people in the lobby while the kid was signing CDs. In hindsight I should have asked Tom to sign the CD as well. Most of the songs on it were written and produced by Tom. Good stuff.

Thanks, for the post about Quinn Sullivan and the band, Basement Bob. It's been awhile since I Iast saw Quinn so the update was a treat.

As for what I'm listening to it's SRV and The Sky Is Cryng album on my new $7 Bluetooth speaker with Micro SD, USB, FM, and a light show to boot. It's not Hi-Fi, but it's a terrific deal so I bought two. You might check them out at Wally World, and for the price minus Canadian exchange, tax, and duty . . . they are probably paying customers to take them away State side.

I was listening to an early 80s Canadian band from the Toronto area called Wrabbit.
It's hard rock bordering on Glam with some ballads thrown in.
Now I'm doing Supertramp Breakfast.
