I'm listening to a re-broadcast of Casey Kasem's American Top 40 from 1976, nearly 40 years ago! The music wasn't as good as I remember it. Rock had gotten soft and the Disco years were just ahead.

Ugh! Now playing: Barry Manilow

Marbles/Lava - Carlos Santana and Buddy Miles! Live!

I have a Quad copy LP that I now play in stereo. My friends and I used to crank this up in the 70s so we could annoy the neighbours with my drums (back in our foolish wild days - at least we didn't thrash hotel rooms).; but, we must've been okay, because we were always on good terms the next day. The volume controls on my drums was broken.

Just minutes ago, I put the record on and did a workout on my traps. This tune helps me get my cardio exercise, and puts me in a good mood. It also reminds me where I suck, and that I have to get back to the basics in some spots. Hey, I'm an old fart, and I recently brought them out of storage. Thankfully, there's more good than bad.

Now I'm back to my axe. :D
