Linda Ronstadt's " 'round Midnight" it's all songs from the '30s and '40s but her voice is just so pure yet strong, that it really does wonders covering these old tunes.I haven't been able to listen to this 2 CD set-or any others of hers for that matter-since she's been diagnosed with Parkinson's.I fell in love her voice when I first heard her sing Mike Nesmith's "Distant Drum" with The Stone Poneys, but when I saw her photo some time after I thought that she was the most beautiful woman on the face of the earth and I still do...but don't tell my missus.

Several early (1963-66) Beatles albums.
What I think of as the "black and white"-era Beatles. I had forgotten how much Rockabilly was in it.

In the Air Tonight - Phil Collins

The only song I own by Phil. I still think of Michelob, though. And Miami Vice.
