Blue Oyster Cult - Don't Fear The Reaper (Best of)

I only bought this CD a few days ago, influenced by some of you fellow forum posters when I asked people about who they consider to be under-rated guitarists. Donald "Buck Dharma" Roeser was mentioned a few times so I downloaded some to see if I liked it and man, I'm a fan! Hence, I bought their greatest hits as a starting block (they have a fairly decent size discography and I wasn't sure which was best). So thanks to you guys who turned me onto him! Much appreciated!!

Good move, glad you like it! They are one of my all-time favorite bands, they rocked out hard and heavy (by the standards of the time), and put on great concerts. I was a fanatical BOC fan when I was a teenager.

I have a receiver again, and have 5 of my favorite masterpieces in the CD player:
1) Grand Funk - We're an American Band
2) Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dreams
3) Santana - Santana II
4) Black Sabbath - Vol. 4
5) Jimi Hendrix Experience - Are You Experienced

Right now I'm listening to The Storm by Nature. As in an actual storm.
Nice woodwinds, and you really can't beat that distant bass!

I like listening to Shore Waves too, but it's a tad too cold for that now up here in the North.
