I have Microsoft 80GB ZUNE MP3/WMA player, and it was a PITA converting video format for it, until Real Networks released the RealPlayer ® - SP Player (beta) http://www.real.com/player/?src=realaudio.

The software will 'download' video clips on Youtube, than convert the video footage to a format used for my ZUNE,. The conversion time depends on the format of the original footage. I find it very useful :) .
