Well, I see a few rubs.
1. Do you know Linux? If not, add learning a new OS to the learning curve.
2. Screen is VERY small. DAW programs tend to spread out, so you'll be wishing you has a bigger screen by the 4th or 5th track.
3. Netbooks are notoriously underpowered. This netbook would not run Windows Vista. Not that you have to like Vista, just saying that to show you how under powered it is.
4. Because of the Linux OS, The Atom Processor, and Software it runs, not every piece of USB Audio gear is going to work. You'll have to check for drivers before you make any purchases.
5. Does not appear to have a CD/DVD drive. You need an external one to burn music or load software from a CD.

Ultimately it's up to you. But I wouldn't buy it.
