More like good morning. 4 am?

Sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite!

Yes, we want that question answered!

I ate porridge today, made the manly way with water - no cream, no salt, no sugar (but a touch of nice Canadian maple syrup  ). Porridge: one of Scotland's many great gifts to the world!

Good for the heart and cholesterol. If ZZDoc ain't eating it - we want to know why not!

Goldielocks likes her oats...

I just had some blueberry waffles.

I can't say I ever had porridge!

I thought Scotland's greatest gift to the world was Craig Ferguson.
