LOL! Does it make a difference? I did notice a difference in tone between my Vans and Converse sneakers though. :D

I'm right-handed and try to use my right foot most of the time. Although sometimes I get caught in sticky situations where I turn the wah on at the last possible second and end up having to use my left for the sake of continuity. I guess I can do it either way.

Right and right and also true of the Line6 Floorboard (which as someone else already mentioned, is on the right). On the other hand (er, foot), I sometimes use the left foot on volume pedal I use with basses.

Right handed, right foot. I never thought about it before.

Hahaha.. Dude, you're crazy, there are a lot of good shoes out there that aren't the "popular" norm. I wasn't too impressed with the tone of my Airwalks, and the active Addidas sounded synthetic to me. But I decidid to try some Etnies and you can't tell the difference in tone between them and Vans.

Etnies, Mizuno, Adio, all have great shoes with awesome tone.

Being the urban type here in LA, I go with my Sketchers for that gritty city sound :)

I typically play shows in my Chuck Taylors, mostly because they're easier to "feel" the wah while wearing. Big chunky Pumas are not as easy to use. Playing a wah barefoot is nice too: easy to control.

Right handed, pedal with the right foot.

However, I do seem to fall down rather often...
