Out of pure curiosity, I was wondering which foot do you "wah" with? For whatever reason, I much prefer to use my left foot on the wah pedal. Using my right just feels odd, like I'm about to fall over.

I wah with my right. but I am left handed. I play right handed.

So I wonder if it is more comfortable to balance on the foot from your dominant side, and wah with the other?

Being in a Reggae band, I use a wah like it's going out of style. I'm right handed and use my left foot. To pick up my knee with my right leg tilts the guitar body so I have to move the guitar body to one side of my thigh or the other. To keep in a nice posture, I have to use my left foot.

I use my wah quite a lot, I'm right handed and use my left foot, to me it just feels natural that way.

From what I understand, the dominant foot is the one you plant when you go to kick a ball (as opposed to the kicking leg). I'm something of an anomaly, apparently, in that I use my left (dominant) leg for wah-ing and stand on my right leg. It might have something to do with my tendency to swing the guitar body further onto my right hip whilst using the wah...

I'm a righty-righty, but after seeing all the right hand left foot wah'ers here, I'll have to give it a try at band practice tonight.

Sometimes I use both feet.

It's like surfing that way.

Try it!
