I was working on "Hotel California" and realized with a little rythm tweek in between- "Moon Dance" isn't to far behind. But what to do with "Bohemian Rhapsody"

Hmmmm,

Well I have only been playing for 6 months so I have to really tackled any songs just yet aside from some ACDC. I am working out of a great booklet called Blues You Can Use, so I am learning some of the basics from that book which has been keeping me occupied.

I'm working on one of my songs. I've trying to come up with a face burning solo for it. Wish me luck.

Easy 3 chord stuff by the Faces 'stay with me'. A prime example of a rhythm guitar master at work. Ron Wood is blatantly robbed of the status he deserves as a guitarist.

On of my own, a revamp of a country song i wrote called 'I love my horse, but the judge said i shouldnt'. Adding 12 string and lapsteel to the original recording.

Original music for a video game... weirdest instrumentation ever. This is for Mika Mobile, the iPhone game developers who created Zombieville USA. I did the music for that game too, but this is far more challenging.

Can't tell you the title... but come September, keep an eye on the iTunes App Store, or MikaMobile.com, for the introduction of what will be the most full of win game yet released for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Right now, I'm working on original songs for the band. The last cover that I tackled was "Walk Don't Run" by the Ventures.

Working on nailing down the rhythm part of Theme to the Endless Summer, as I'm playing it in a jam session in 10 days.

I agree with you and Big Jay, they were looked on as "Rod Stewart's band". Question for you nik, A Wink is as Good as a Nod to a Blind Horse and your song about your horse and the judge's reaction, is this the missing track from that album?
Smile,

Some of the best rock riffage ever. +1 on Mr Wood. Their tone on that track is to die for. 8) Mike

Nicki that is a classic and the open tuning just makes it sound that much killer .Ron is just the pros pro. I mean the guy can do it all and he plays killer slide to. It is that he is just in one of the biggest bands in history with two of the biggest forces in rock. Kind of like George in the Beatles. Gets the job done perfectly and leaves the ego at the door. It pissed me off that he was smoking crack a few years ago Cmon Ron your to old for that $@!&.

Learning MJ's Thriller, Prince's 1999, Billy Ocean's Get Out of my Dreams, George Strait's I Cross My Heart. Also, One Night In Bangkok. Yes, we play a little bit of everything. Some of this is for one of the weddings we'll be playing soon. The rest is just to add some different dance music. MJ's Black and White is also soon to be learned.
