Will a Highway One Stratocaster handle 11-49s? I am using 10-46s right now and I am assuming the truss rod would need a little tweaking and the nut will need to be filed as the low E sit around halfway in the groove right now.

I use 11-49s on all my guitars, and it may need s slight truss rod adjustment and/or nut alteration...

Yes with a little tweeking on the rod, little filing on the nut, and re-intonation.

I think most sets are 11-50, but I agree with the above. Good luck!
