I have a 12 year old house. Two shingles blew off Friday, I put them back up today. When they put the roof on the first time, they didn't do it too well to anybody's house. I'm either going to have to replace it in the fall or next spring. I figure $10000. My air conditioner coil froze up two weeks ago and started dripping water because the drain was plugged. He also put in freon. $129 for that. Will need a new condenser coil next time it freezes up. $1499 +$300 labor for that. Or $9500 for a whole new air conditioner/heater. I also need to have the house painted next spring, $2500-5000. It is a nice looking house though I need the typical maintenance stuff, at least I have a house I figure.

$10000 new roof
$9500 new air conditioner/heater
$5000 house painted
or $50 to give to my parents to buy a replacement phone and be young again.........priceless.

Pretty much how it got started, to begin with...but likely not over broken electric guitar and drowned cell phone...sympathies.

To HendrixFan99: After 8 years of the same cell phone a Vodka 3410, I decide to quit my cell phone company. To much money thrown out by the windows. I'd rather buy fender equipement instead.

It's an excuse to be late at meetings, late with your familly, late with your girlfriend or wife.

Most of the time the speech you have over a cell-phone is ridiculous if it were recorded :p)

For businessman, it's hard to get focused on ideas when outside or worst driving!
