idk how u can have Fender forums without talking about jimi hendrix so this is just a chance for hendrix fans to talk about him and his music. what is your favorite song? this is a hard question for me because all of his songs are great but i would have to go with crosstown traffic although manic depression isn't far behind. i know there's gotta be some other hendrix fans on here so speak up!!

I'm also Left Handed like Jim!

I have 2 Left Handed Strats. I would love for Fender to make a Left Handed Strat with a reverse headstock.

Yes, I have a couple of different recordings of Jimi at Woodstock. And I have the last known live recording of Jimi!

VH1 Classic did a special on Electric Ladyland yesterday. Jim was upset because the contract said "Electric Landlady"

It was one of the "Classic Albums" shows and will probably re-air.

I'm big Jimi fan as well, it was seeing Jimi in Woodstock that made me want to play guitar. I also collect Jimi 'stuff'.

Guitar World has a special DVD on how to play all the songs on Axis: Bold As Love http://www.musicdispatch.com/item_detail.jsp?itemid=77770780&order=2&catcode=00&refer=search&type=product&keywords=jimi+hendrix.

You can get it on DVD used http://www.amazon.com/Classic-Albums-Experience-Electric-Ladyland/dp/B0007DBJP0/ref=sr_1_14/103-1288459-8987014?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1182363292&sr=1-14. I've had it for years.
