Well, had my shoulder surgery yesterday. 5 bone spurs and a piece of the a/c joint removed. Good news is that the labrum did not have to be sewn up, so it will be 3-4 weeks in a sling instead of 6-8.

That's great Troublecall. I have to do the same, i fear. When I work out, its snap, crackle and pop.
Did you try the gamut of therapy, chiro etc? How long did you suffer with it?

I am looking at major surgery too...and putting it off as long as possible. How was the PT and stuff before the surgery?

Hey Troublecall this is great news, thanks for sharing it. I have had ligaments repair surgery on my left shoulder in June 2008 and I feel great now. Don't rush it, take all the time you need to recover. :D Keep us informed.
