I didn't see anything about GEORGE FULLERTON passing, but Allan Klein, onetime manager of Sam Cooke, Te Rolling Stones, and The Beatles (and afterwards John Lennon and George Harrison) did pass away...here is the NY Times article

Right now, Klein is trying to cheat the Devil out of the deed to Hell.

For all the good he did, he also generated a lot of bad. When the Beatles hired him, Lennon said he wanted a shark working for him against the other sharks. Allen Klein's records showed the Beatles earned £7.8 million between 6/62 and 12/68 not including songwriting. During the 19 months of Klein's involvement the Beatle earned £9 million with £8 million coming from record royalties/ ABKCO is his company and he made millions for his clients finding all the ways the record companies cheated the performers. He wasn't much of a manager, and he knew that. What he really enjoyed was working the books as an accountant.

lol Good one slapchop. You know where you will see the the good pieces on Georges passing and Leos 100 it will be in the guitar mags. Love em or hate them they are run by players and true lovers of guitar and know the true importance of these men. On the other hand I cant remember a run of famous people passing one right after the other like this and theres a half of year to go.

Straycat, you are right...it's been an amazing couple of weeks...usually, they say death comes in threes...it's been multiples of that!

I always wondered about that "threes" thing: how long do you count? A day? A week? A month? "In recent memory?"

Besides, what makes celebrities so special in terms of death?

The most accurate thing to say would be, "These things come in approximately daily 150,000's."
