Just to avoid confusion, the OP was an advertisement for a piece of musical equipment that I could not delete so I had to edit and change the post

Can anyone recommend any good blues music to check out apart from the well know musicians. Any mention of good blues cd's would be great also.

I listen to SRV, Muddy Waters, Lightnin' Hopkins, BB King etc.

There's already a thread on this subject. I think the consensus was that there is no advantage to Fender - a company that makes and sells new musical equipment, and established this forum to help market that gear - in helping users sell their used stuff, and plenty of potential downside.

where is he talking about selling stuff other than his sig? (or was it part of the original post and then edited out?) doesn't merit a lack of response to a fair question

check out bands like luther allison, indigenous, los lonely boys, lil ed and the blues imperials, jeff healey.

there are a ton of great blues acts out there today. just dig a little and you shall find them. the best things in life need to be earned. if you truly desire something, you'll find the way there on your own. thats what i learned. part of the joy is to discover new artists on your own. its like a journey going from one to the next, finding out related artists and their influences, etc. etc.

Nate Myers and the Aces, check out their website at natemyers.com. Let me know what you think. It's my nephew's band based in Harrisburg, Pa area. They won the contest to represent the Central Pa area at the International Blues Fest 2 or 3 years ago. They lost to the eventual winner (Joey Gilmore) in the first round.

Also check out Slick Ballinger. I stumbled across him on iTunes last year and definitely like him.

The OP changed the title and content of this thread several times. The original title began "FOR SALE:" and was a classified ad for a piece of gear.

Stratoblues check out Gary Moore especially the double cd blues alive. If you dig SRVs playing you will love Gary. Also check out early Fleetwood mac with Peter Greene who replaced Clapton in the Bluesbreakers another great player. Mike Bloomfield,Freddie King. Download Jeff Becks Brush with the Blues that one song will take you to another dimension.
