I have had an issue with a Fender Ultimate chorus that I posted about in the amp section. I haven't got too many responses so I thought I'd try here.
The issue is a vibration, not an electrical buzz/hum. I hear it everytime I play at my normal volume, clean or drive. Took it in, the tech said it was fixed, took it home, it wasn't. Took it back and it didn't make the noise for the tech. Took it home, it buzzed. I dropped the bass to 2 (usually set around 3 or 4), doesn't buzz as much but still present.
I think it is coming from the control box itself. A friend pressed his hand against it and it stopped. I have tightened every screw in sight and still the same.
My question, after this long winded explanation is can I caulk this to stop this vibration? Anyone else caulked an amp to stop buzzing?

You didn't over tighten the speaker did you? They only need to be snug, not super tight.

No, I was pretty easy on the speaker screws. If they were snug I didn't overtighten.
