My Les Paul had a lot more on it when I bought it--and I've put more than that on my Mustang since buying it.

As to the flame--it's there & it looks nice.

I'm not a tortoise shell look guy--so I'd be tempted to change it--but it wouldn't keep me from buying it if everything else worked well.

And if you like the look--all the better.
