Post subject: Fender Roc Pro 1000 Effects loop

I recently acquired a Fender Roc Pro 1000 and I really like the versatility of this amp. The effects loop has 3 different settings Low-Med-High and I am wondering which one I should be using. I have never used an effects loop before, but I have heard it is the best way to hook up effects processors rather thann plugging straight into the Input jack.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
