We also lost Farah Fawcett which I grew up with and idolized.

It's a sad day but I know they are finally free.

Hmmm, Michael and Farah on the same day. Anybody else notice you never saw them together. Coincidence?

do you really think he's dead, It is all a stunt so he doesn't have to pay all his outstanding debts. The person on the stratcher was a celebrity look alike, Micheal Jackson is on his way to a private island.

And if he is really dead, I hope he's in hell for playing with boys.

He'll never be hanging with Hendrix, Holly, Vaughn or Cash.

I was never really a fan... I was too old when the Jackson 5 was popular, and I always thought Thriller was over rated. I'll agree that he was very talented, though. But his behavior later on overshadowed his talent. I wonder what happens to famous and powerful people to trigger the crazy switch?

What surprised me more than anything was the CBS special report on him, last night. It's amazing how quick the vultures picked his bones on the same day he died. Shameful...

Lucky for him, Albert Goldman's dead too...

It wouldn't surprise me if sister, Janet, is already planning her next recordings..."Songs Of My Brother" with Quincy Jones producing. :?:

he was a washed up weirdo. His family and the plethoria of impersonators are going to cash in on a likely child molesters death.

What a sick world were in.

Wow.
Just wow.

May you rest in Peace, Love, Joy, Harmony, Clarity, and Music, Michael.

You will always be missed, but the sense of love there is for you will be far greater than the sense of sadness and loss will ever be.

Keep rockin' and boppin' up there, King of Pop.... ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Give a child molester a break - NEVER ! ! ! ! I could care less, even if he sold out a million shows, I can only hope he is where he belongs, moonwalking with the likes of Dahlmer and Bundy

I think it's interesting that it takes an event like this, to make the original MTV (I'm not referencing MTV2 or Fuse, which I can't get, or VH1, which normally doesn't show videos until 3AM most of the time) ditch their whiny emo-centric so-called reality programming and actually PLAY music videos during prime time! Even if only for a short time. I can't remember the last time that happened. 1999? 2003? Might as well have been a generation ago. BET seems to be showing a lot of the same MJ videos too.

MJ was a soundtrack to my generation, gimme a song and I could probably give you the year it came out without even looking it up. And I'm not even a fan, and I don't own any of his albums! And I'm not planning to buy any, either (sorry, estate accountants). Being saturated with his music by the media years ago took care of that.
