Yeah, but the poster....

Years ago I was working in a record store when that poster was popular, and two guys I knew that published a handful of local papers (including a music rag I wrote for) came into the store. One was Kurt the PUblisher, and the other was Craig the Pressman.

So we're walking around the store, and that poster is up on one of the walls. Kurt leers suggestively at Craig and says, "Hey, whattya think about that, huh? Huh? Whattya think?"

Craig says, "What? That poster?"

and Kurt says, "Yeah, the poster."

Craig squints the poster for a second and says, "Well, it's piss poor printing... all the dots fell out of her teeth!"

(If you've ever run a press, I'm sure you're laughing now. Everyone else, please just assume that it would be hilarious if you had ever run a press.)

It is sad, just more evidence that those of us in our mid to late 40's are losing all of our classic teen icons... :(

R.I.P. Farrah, she was one classy lady.

Watching a profile on her last night, I see she was a serious artist. Have you seen her sculptures? The lady was talented.
