Ooooh, I'm sorry. The answer we were looking for was, "no."

But thanks for playing!

Just to carry that one step further...even if they were Squires...that would cost...wait for it...$68,852,100...

So even though I too would love a free guitar...the answer is a resounding no 8)

Well then it's not that bad, I mean revenue is roughly 200M a year. Let's ask what CEO Mendello thinks of the idea.

Could they do it . . . . yes
Will they do it . . . no

Why . . . It would cost them and arm and a leg to give away that many guitars.

i'm sure they could afford to do it, with the gross inflation of prices on cheap quality and shortcuts.

No doubt they could afford it, but think if owned a business that already had an established name, would you give away free stuff if people are already buying your product?

Well Denny's gave away free grand slams after the Super Bowl, but there is a slight difference in cost between a hot $4 breakfast and a fender...

But you never know, I met a guy who gave away free lambourghinis at a car show. Course they were matchbox cars, but same difference

Nice thought but it would never happen. However maybe they could have a monthly drowing for one lucky member. Carvin Guitars does this. How bout it Fender.

A guitar for "all members" is out of the question. They would need to pare the list down to something much more managable. I know ... for only those with at least 1510 posts. Yeah, that is much more logical.
