Hold the phone.... who's a teenager? If you think it's me  it's NOT! I'm 62.5, headed for 63 in November .... I WISH! ... but then again, if I were so young, I'd not have all the experience that makes me, ME!
Besides, my moniker would-a been Guitarkid1117, eh? hehehehe

I can't tell you how many times I've been taken for being far youner than my real age.... mid 50's, EVEN low 40's!!! Some people's jaws drop when I confess. Of course, it may be because I still have all my hair and it's long to my shoulders. I have fewer 'sun-wrinkles' than a vampire! I've never been much of an 'out-doorsy' type anyway and avoiding the UV's obviously counts for something.... eh? ... GOT TAN?

I don't know. I think some of the questions we jump on are legitimate. I've looked for different pickups before and it can be a daunting task since there are so many different kinds to pick from (brands, 'bukcers vs single coil, active, the list goes on) I think it helps for someone new to ask a question like that to a responsible and helpful community like we have here in the Fender Forums. I know I wouldn't want to be jumped on by some a-hole who saw the question a few times too many and decided to vent their frustations on me. I work for a mortgage company (gasp) and one thing you learn is you can't get mad at someone when they come to you for help and don't know the things you do. Patience is key here. I do agree the Fender VS Gibson ones are annoying at times, but we should not categorize them in the manner we do when someone is asking for help.

There, my two cents and then some.

Ahaha!! FINALLY, somebody else on this forum who's a teenager! :P

My guitar class is made up of four adult men, and that includes my instructor. Which makes me the only "kid" AND the only girl.
I love those guys, though. Awesome group. :D

Sorry, I'm not a teenager. Just someone who thought that needed to be said.
