I sent the form in months ago, and still have not been given a shirt.

Should I stop hoping to get one, or will I eventually get a cool tee?

Thanks,

KRAD

Yeah, it's a bit sad.

If I forget about it, when I DO get the shirt, I will be very surprised and probably will improve my day. :-]

I think I'll do that.

I think we all need to calm down about this. It is, after all, a free shirt. :?

Well my friend, this issue here is credibility. FMIC entered into an agreement with us. The deal was: if you the consumer "test drive" a Fender amp, and you fill out the required form, and you get the form signed by an authorized dealer, and you mail the completed form to us. Then Fender will send you a T shirt.

We have fulfilled our end of the bargain and apparently many of us have yet to recieve the T-shirt. Bottom line, if you say that you are going to do something, do it.

Yes it is a "free" shirt (minus the cost of the gas to drive to the Fender dealer, and the cost of the stamp, and the cost of your time to jump through all the hoops) it's also "free" advertising for Fender.

I also wonder where the Free T-Shirt is, but if the past is any indication, it should arrive shortly. Patience is always Rewarded!

My point is that our shirts haven't come yet. That doesn't necessarily mean they will never come. Brad has already said they've had a massive response to this promotion. Even though Fender promised these shirts, I don't believe they set a firm date for their delivery. I'm content to wait for my free t-shirt, and I'll be pleasantly surprised when it arrives.

If I remember rightly, there's folks on this Forum who have already had their Tees - isn't that right? I guess those who got in at the start got 'em quick... and then the backlog started building up in the Fender post room.

Hang on patiently: I bet they'll arrive in time.

And have some sympathy for those of us that don't qualify!

(It's just a free T-shirt: I don't need too much sympathy... )

Cheers - C

Mine just arrived, so if you've been waiting about 8 weeks, hope is not lost.

Hey FenderCats-

The laundry is starting to pile up so I guess I'd better run a load and wait for shirt to arrive at a later date....

Mine just arrived yesterday. Exactly 8 weeks and 2 days. I called Fender Consumer Relations just last week and they said that if you ordered a large or extra large, the third party shipper was out of stock.
