I believe from your post that English is not your 1st language so it may be hard to express your exact feelings. Without more information I cannot really pass judgement on your situation.

I own 8 Fender products 5 of them guitars and the others are amps. I had trouble with one of them and Fender replaced it with no problem because I went back to my authorized Fender dealer and Gold level repair center. It helps to read your manual ...

This thread positively mystifies me -- lots of scathing things said about Fender here that would be true for warranty service of any kind occurring for any product. Our policies in this regard are not unreasonable, nor do they strike me as being outside the normal realm of warranty service for non-user-serviceable consumer goods in general.
