I've got an idea

So, is it possible to ask a question/suggestion to the Fender Company from this forum, anybody know? ...or will I have to contact Fender direct?

Contact them direct. They barely even read this thing.

Hi Andy: kinda depends on the question.

If you want to ask the head of the Custom Shop a question relevant to his department there's a Forum right here for that.

Brad often replies to reasonable questions about the website and IT issues.

Once in a blue moon other's chime in on serial number enquires and similar - though don't count on it.

Beyond that, it's off to the Consumer Relations dept. for you:

consumerrelations@fender.com

'Course: there's also a bunch of other people round here itching to try their hand at answering your question. What did you want to ask?

Cheers - C

Yo! Ceri

It's just a minor improvement for left handed players.

Fender might laugh and tell me to f*ck off or they might think it's a move towards perfection ( depends on their mentallity really).

Can't say what it is at the moment.

Andy.

Hi again, Andy. There's plenty of left-handers round here - but I guess you gotta tell 'em your idea to get their views.

And the rest of us would like to know, too. Presumably an improvement for left-handers could be an improvement for right-handers too, no...?

Unless you just want to suggest to Fender that they should make more left-handed models (which they should). I suspect they know you feel that way already!

Cheers - C

I'm a lefty but learned righty (as a matter of fact, it's the only thing I do righty). So I know what you're getting at...

Ha - me too! There's many of us about: Mark Knopfler for sure, and I believe I've heard that Gary Moore is a right-playing-lefty, too.

Approximately 10 percent of the population is left-handed, but only five percent of guitar sales are left-handed. The discrepancy is accounted for by us righty-lefties...

I play the drums left-handed though: gawd, what a nuisance...

That covers me too.

I didn't have access to a lefty guitar when I started. I'm too old to start over.

Lets see, I see a guitar and a left handed person, ------- THIS IS A TEST OF YOUR PUBLIC EMERGENCY BROADCAST SYSTEM ---- THIS IS ONLY A TEST ------ IN THE EVENT THIS WAS A REAL EMERGENCY YOU WOULD BE TOLD WHAT YOU NEED TO DO---- THIS IS ONLY A TEST

[Thank you Karnak the Wise I am sure left handed people will like that idea
